The Teddy Bears' Picnic is going to be at Palm Beach Playground on Sunday 7 March.  There's just enough time to give Teddy a wash and shampoo and get him or her ready for the toy animal event of the year.  There will be games, songs, prizes and Mr Fox will be there in person.

Lachlan has won himself a free ticket to see the Funky Monkeys show on Wednesday 20 January.  There is one more ticket to give away.today. We are starting a new Roald Dahl story today; "George's Marvellous Medicine" and we carry on with Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Happy Birthday to Briar Heer on 15 January and Jamie Schwarz on 17 January.

The sound man has packed up and gone home and the lady from the council has packed up too.  There is not a rain date.  A bunch of folk are gathered under a tent enjoying the evening and singing a few carols anyway.  Could this turn into a byo candle event.  Only time will tell.
