Today's Story Festival Event is confirmed to go ahead at Whakanewha Regioanl Park.  This completely free event is an adventure for children with all sorts of wacky characters.  Follow the road to Rocky Bay and turn off at Gordons Road.  The action should be starting at around ten.  Watcch out for Mr Rat and see what you can do to help the Korimako (Bellbird) raise another brood of chicks.

The Teddy Bears' Picnic is going to be at Palm Beach Playground on Sunday 7 March.  There's just enough time to give Teddy a wash and shampoo and get him or her ready for the toy animal event of the year.  There will be games, songs, prizes and Mr Fox will be there in person.
